RETURNS POLICY

FULL PRICE Returns must reach us within 14 days from date of receipt of goods. Unfortunately returns after this time cannot be refunded. Please note we do not accept online returns in store. There is NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ON ITEMS PURCHASED IN HALF PRICE OR LESS SALE. Should you need to return an item(s) simply : -Email us to info@soloshoesdungannon.co.uk to returning any items, stating your name & reason for return. -Once your return has been approved, we will email you confirming the return along with your Returns Authorisation Code. -On receipt of the item(s) we will refund the order value less the original shipping cost, to the original purchasing card or Pay Pal Account. -Items must be in re-saleable condition all returned items must be unworn, unwashed with tags in place and unmarked. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) Shipping costs are non-refundable.
